Rob is a seasoned CIO and CTO with more than 20 years experience as an IT and transformation leader in both the public and private sectors.
His career to date has included leading large-scale IT and change projects, including delivering infrastructure on green and brown-field sites, integration, customer relationship management, e-commerce, unified collaboration solutions and online services.
A Chartered Engineer, Chartered IT Professional and Shared Services Architect, Rob has wide experience of the design and deployment of IT systems to deliver demonstrable benefit to businesses through direct cost reductions, efficiency improvements or new functionality.
Well respected throughout the industry, Rob is currently chair of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT’s Academic Accreditation Committee.

Tanya Neil
Operations Director
Tanya is a highly experienced education sector professional with more than 20 years’ experience in school business management roles.
Her career has included working across federations as well as with individual schools, both amalgamating and decoupling functions. She also has a wealth of experience from previous operations and from sales and marketing roles in the private sector.
Wih a Diploma in School Business Management, Tanya heads up Accordio’s education services practice as well as managing the company’s associate relationships and day-to-day operations.
