We are delighted to announce that Julie Rogers joins Accordio as our latest Senior Consultant.
Before joining Accordio, Julie spent over 20 years in Head of Service, Assistant Director and Director positions in local government, including two-tier and unitary authorities. Highly experienced in change management, transformation and customer service, she latterly spent 7 years as Director of Public Realm for a large unitary authority, responsible for a range of services including Planning, Building Control, Waste, Highways, Grounds Maintenance, Leisure, Environmental Enforcement, Public Protection, Counter Fraud, Community Safety, Fleet management, Parking Services and Emergency Planning.
Prior to that role, Julie worked for councils in two-tier areas (both County and district) with responsibilities including Customer Services, Business Support and Environmental Services. She has many years of experience within the digital arena, having led e-government initiatives, implemented multichannel contact centre solutions and CRM platforms as well as introduced automation and digital solutions across many business areas.
With strong leadership and change management skills, Julie is adept at root cause analysis and can demonstrate an impressive history of reducing costs, while improving service efficiency and effectiveness through innovations, technology, communications, collaborative and partnership working.
Julie has led many partnership initiatives, in both unitary and two-tier areas and is a qualified Shared Services architect.
